Racha and Wassef Haroun established mamnoon in 2012 and since then they have shared their mission to leave an imprint of traditional and innovative levantine and persian cuisines in Seattle. After winning Seattle Met's best restaurant in 2013 and scoring a visit from Anthony Bourdain in 2017, we launched mamnoon fine foods to share our beloved prepared foods from Syria, Lebanon, Persia, as well as wrap and mezze creations from our commissary kitchen on a bigger scale. In 2021, we started selling the mezze that restaurant-goers had fallen in love with: hummus, baba ganoush, muhammara, a caramelized onion labneh, and now, spicy harra hummus. We have since expanded to prepared wraps, spices, salads, drinks and meals - all to bring you our flavors directly from our family traditions and restaurant kitchens to your table.

Fresno chilis gives our hot sauce it's slightly smokey and fruity flavor, while the cumin adds some unique dusky notes. It’s a fan favorite at all of our restaurants!

Our woodsy, tangy za’atar mix is chef curated and imported fresh from Lebanon — from our flatbreads, grilled items and dips, it’s the base for so much of our delicious food.

We sell our healthy prepared wraps at local coffee shops like Caffe Vita, Fuel Coffee, Monorail Espresso, as well as local grocers like Cone & Steiner. They’re the perfect meal on the go, packed with nutrients and rich levantine flavors.

Kuku is a healthy and herby persian omelette, whipped up with yogurt, parsley, cilantro, green onion and dill. For the meat eaters, our kuku wrap is toppped with a spiced lamb sujuk sausage patty, our cheese blend, pickled banana peppers and garlic yogurt.
